Following the award-winning success of the Green Agate, Ashtari Carpets proudly introduces Blue Agate No. 1 — a striking new variation in deep, layered blue tones. Designed by Wendy Guns, this piece captures the mesmerizing movement and irregular harmony found in the cross-section of an agate stone, translated into an organic rug form that is both sculptural and functional.

Each rug is meticulously hand-knotted in Nepal using a refined blend of wool, bamboo silk, and allo (wild nettle) yarns, ensuring a luxurious feel underfoot and exceptional durability. The high/low carving technique subtly accentuates the flowing bands, creating texture and depth that shift beautifully with the light.
