Hand-knotted in a luxurious blend of wool and silk, this rug balances intensity with refinement. The wool provides structure and depth, while the silk introduces subtle luminosity that enhances the molten copper accents and dark mineral striations. As light moves across the surface, the rug reveals hidden layers — like sediment exposed over time.

Through advanced artisanal techniques including tonal fading, high-low carving and controlled abrasion washing, our weavers create a surface that feels weathered, textured and alive. The horizontal striations evoke geological formations, grounding contemporary interiors with depth and atmosphere.
