Custom Berber Project in Amsterdam – Unique Shape, Tailored for Space
We recently completed a bespoke Berber carpet for a residential project in Amsterdam, designed in close collaboration with the client and their architect. The piece was truly monumental in scale – measuring an impressive 7 by 7 meters – and crafted in a fully custom, organic shape that followed the architectural lines of the space.
Made from 100% natural wool of the highest quality, this exceptional carpet features a subtle, almost silk-like sheen thanks to the premium fiber structure of the wool sourced from specially selected sheep. The result is a natural glow that brings both warmth and understated luxury to the interior.
Entirely handwoven, every detail – from the custom contour to the refined finishing – showcases the highest level of craftsmanship. This carpet is not only functional but also a bold and elegant design statement.
