The Mirrored Edition of Movement in Blue evolves from the original design into a more architectural and contemplative composition. Where the first piece expressed fluid movement, this interpretation introduces balance — a reflection of energy held in equilibrium.

Deep fields of indigo, midnight blue, petrol and subtle violet undertones unfold in layered horizontal bands. Two darker mirrored forms anchor the composition, creating visual tension and symmetry, as if light and shadow meet at the horizon. The result is powerful yet restrained — a rug that radiates depth without overwhelming the space.

Hand-knotted in a luxurious blend of Gazne wool and silk, the surface reveals shifting nuances as light moves across it. The silk threads add a refined sheen, enhancing the tonal transitions and giving the dark blues a luminous, almost liquid quality.
